Minimum Opening Order:
The minimum opening order and minimum reorder amount is $150.

Payment Terms:

Net terms are available upon approval of credit.
Please note: Term orders cannot be paid by credit card.
To pay a term invoice online, please use the ACH payment link provided on your invoice.

Shipping & Freight:

• Orders of $500 or more qualify for Free Freight within the 48 contiguous United States.

• We do not ship outside the 48 contiguous states.

  • For store locations in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, we will ship only to a freight forwarder of your choice located within the contiguous U.S.
